Supporting Young Professionals: Gorky Kimry Factory Joins Graduate Assistance Program
On March 27, 2025, Gorky Kimry Factory (JSC) took part in the “Become a Professional!” initiative for graduates of vocational educational institutions, held at Kimry College.
The initiative aims to help
graduates of specialized educational institutions choose the best employment
options after receiving their diplomas. The event provided various
informational services, including an analysis of the regional labor market, job
search and employment law consultations, and workshops on successful employment
strategies.
Natalia Filippova, Deputy
General Director for Production at Gorky Kimry Factory, emphasized: “We believe
that supporting young people in choosing their professional path is our social
responsibility. It’s important not only to offer jobs but also to help
graduates recognize their potential and develop skills that will enable them to
become successful professionals. We are happy to contribute to the professional
growth of future specialists.”
For her active participation in career guidance efforts, employment support, and internship organization at Gorky Kimry Factory, Natalia Filippova was awarded a certificate of appreciation.
“The value of the ‘Become a
Professional!’ initiative cannot be overstated. It is during such events that
theory and practice come together. We strive to ensure that our graduates not
only receive their diplomas but also find their place in the job market. By
discussing pressing issues and building partnerships with employers, we help
young people adapt to modern realities,” said Kimry College Director Valentina
Sokol.
The joint efforts of educational institutions and businesses benefit young professionals by creating conditions for a successful career start. Active collaboration with educational institutions helps establish a strong foundation for future specialists.
