Gorky Kimry Factory Participates in the XXXIV Congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP)
On March 18, 2025, a representative of Gorky Kimry Factory, part of the delegation of the Tver Regional Division of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (TRO RSPP), took part in the XXXIV Congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, which was attended by the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.
During the event, key areas of cooperation between business and
government structures were discussed, including current challenges facing the
economy. Participants emphasized the importance of uniting efforts to counter
external pressures and maintain sustainable economic growth in the Tver region
and across the country.
In his speech, Vladimir Putin expressed gratitude to the members of RSPP for their resilience in the face of unprecedented sanctions pressure. “I want to thank RSPP members for their involvement in the public agenda of development, for their active participation in preparing measures that strengthen our economy and sovereignty, make the investment and business climate in the country more comfortable, responding to the needs of business, which helps Russian companies and their teams clearly understand the long-term prospects of their work and formulate development plans important both for specific companies and entire industries,” said the President.
Andrei Dmitriev, head of the TRO RSPP, who also participated in the
Russian Tripartite Commission for regulating social-labor relations, proposed a
deeper explanation of the mechanisms for implementing the national project
“Personnel.” This project includes four federal areas, including “Labor Market
Management” and “Education for the Labor Market.”
Dmitriev emphasized the
importance of joint work with government bodies, calling it a necessary step
for the successful implementation of key projects that can positively impact
regional development and improve business efficiency.
